Just a reminder that Sunday, Oct 4th, is the ‘Stoga 5v5 Lax Fest! Please have your girls arrive to Teamer by 11:00 so that Amy can give them their responsibilities for the day. If for some reason they can’t attend, please have your daughter email Amy to let her know.
The girls should wear their Superman T- shirts from last year but if they don’t have one anything ‘Conestoga lacrosse’ will work.
Also, please have all goalies bring their gear.
Tentative Schedule:
11:00am-12:00pm — Lunch concessions, check-in, dynamic warm-up/stretching conducted by certified trainers
12pm-1pm — Clinic Sessions (shooting, dodging, defensive techniques) with top-notch guest clinicians
1pm-1:15pm — 5v5 Demonstration Clinic (Short-Sided Format – Rules and Techniques)
1:30pm-4:00pm — 5v5 Round Robin Games
4:00pm-4:25pm — OPTIONAL – An Overview on “College Recruiting and Playing at the Highest Level”
